Roles

Roles Types

There are two roles available for NEON accounts: Mapper, and Admin. The mapper role allows the user to switch to the Mapper mode in order to pre-map a building. The admin role allows the user to add new users and edit roles.

Edit Roles

Roles can be edited by an admin on the NEON website by navigating to the Subscription Details page. For each NEON account, there is a blue “Edit Roles” button that allows configuration of roles for that account.
